Setting an event
- very simple, the form is complete with links to logos, custom CSS, imprint, etc.
- possibility to set different teams (organizers, reviewers, local team, etc) with different permissions
- CFP and proposals via a form -> very simple to manage

- possibility to send a mail (templates available) automatically after submission
- possibility to send mails (templates available) for questions to the submitter
- once accepted, mail (template available) is ready to be sent
