Then mention again in both calls when the final list is done, commit to Bugzilla, and close this ticket (or reject if there is no real need)

Pinged folks from QA and devs re: keywords. No immediate response; waiting a few days, and if no complaints, will add Keywords and convert Whiteboard tags -> Keywords starting Sunday.

Starting with minor tags; less intrusive for first round of conversion

Tags are converted over for open bugs and docs are updated. For stats purposes, it makes sense to include conversion of old bugs, standardizing the new categorization.

To recap: Task is done, pending question is whether we want to have this reflected in closed bugs as well - is that right?
