Description
We would like to follow-up with people contributing to EasyHacks and CoreHacks. This involves:
- identify people who did their first 2-3 EasyHacks (or more) and directly approach them to motivate them to go to the CoreHacks
- identify people in the Top100 of the last 12 month, who did not commit for more than 2 month and approach them on it, asking if we did something wrong, friendly nudging to contribute again
- similar tasks from the "read stats, talk to people who fell through the cracks" category
The scope of this ticket is to come up with a general plan and communication approach. For subsequent quarters, this will be turned into a recurring ticket.
Update: We should evaluate which parts of these can be handled by the upcoming Development Mentoring Lead.

Moving to Cloph's pile, but un-milestoned yet - let's revisit next year if we still need this and who carries it out; so no action required from your side for the moment, Cloph
