Description
We want to make use of the Swiss hosting offer. Machines to be shipped there:
- one machine from Krenn (order pending, other details clarified)
- Moggi's Mac (currently in Kaufbeuren)
- Norbert's Mac (delivered this fall, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201796 and https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201796 for specs if needed)
- core router
- a couple of other components, e.g. KVM switch (to be bought here and shipped to CH)
- backup disk for LibOCon 2014 videos (to be bought in CH)

We also have 0,5 TB at manitu that we can make use of - it's onsite, but adds further redundancy

There's a proposal to have some LibO evening event alongside to foster the local community
Local setup is possible during the week or Friday to Saturday
Keep in mind machine needs ordering and customs need dealing with, so plan in time!

- Target version changed from Q4/2015 to Q1/2016
Customs and shipment handling took too much time, so postponing to Q1. Hardware ordered and will be stored/shipped to Krenn, then in January 2016 planning setup date in Switzerland. In the meantime, customs EORI number arrived and logistics company confirmed they can do the handling.
