Infrastructure

There are several common admin tasks that are tricky/difficult to perform on the Ask site. Here are a few that have come up more than once:

• Look up a given user by username or email
• (Related) Determine if a given user (username or email address) has successfully registered to the site
• For a given user, view all content that's currently stuck in the moderation queue
• Change a user's email address or add/remove authentication mechanisms (e.g. password, OpenID, etc..)

More powerful user-management tools would save admins time and allow us to more easily triage and evaluate user accounts, user content contributions, etc.
