Miguel Ángel made a note about groups in Bugzilla:

This is what I see in [Permission]:

You have the following permission bits set on your account:
bz_canusewhines User can configure whine reports for self
canconfirm Can confirm a bug.
contributors limtis who can change priority, severity, qa field, and
assigned
editbugs Can edit all aspects of any bug.

Before the change the line editbugs was the same, maybe it can lead to some
confusion, not being in "contributors" there are some limitations.

My suggestion would be for us to clarify the wording for editbugs and the contributors groups. Aside from a quick typo (limtis) there, we want to make sure that the group descriptions are in-sync with the actual behavior.
