Problem description: The header picture for the extensions and templates should have the same height -- otherwise the transition from one to the other appears broken.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the Extensions Center page [http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center] and click on the Templates tab. You will notice that there is quite a sizeable difference in the title.

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:10.0.6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.6

Fixed with the new extensions and templates website. There is only one header.
