Is it possible update the application owncloud for version 8.1.3?

The server ownCloud runs on still is an Ubuntu 12.04 one, so it has an
old PHP version that only supports ownCloud up to 7.x

As part of ticket #824 we will also update the components, including
ownCloud to recent versions, so I'll reject this ticket for the moment. :-)
