Steps how to reproduce:

1. Go to <http://cs.libreoffice.org/>
2. Click 'Stáhnout' (Download)
3. New link bar appears with "Poznámky k verzi - Způsob vydávání - Novinky v 3.5
   - Licence

With a fix for this additionally a hint concerning System requirements should be added.

Also missing for 4.0. Therefore I mark it as NEW.
