Near enough as done.

What did not work is:
⊞ Win+Pause does not have the nice box and shading as in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Deployment_and_Migration#Prerequisites

Perhaps some files in:
Files / Uploads / Shared-Resources
could also be deleted?
