closedRSS feed announces new questions although not moderated(?)

Just found out that the rss feed (published by IzBot in IRC) published all posts - even if they are not accessible as they are still in the moderator queue and thus direct the user to (in our case) https://ask.libreoffice.org/de/questions/
the link could also be found by the search field in https://ask.libreoffice.org/de/questions/
Only moderated posts should be
a) found in the search field
and
b) published in the RSS feed
