Description

When a patch for the helpcontent is submitted and/or committed, it is interesting to make it more public.

- publish ("IZ bot") in the #libreoffice-doc IRC channel in freenode
- same in #libreoffice-NLP IRC in freenode
- a mail in the documentation and l10n mailing lists

Patches in the helpcontent2 are already published in the #libreoffice-dev IRC channel.
