Exactly.

Among the issues to raise with a new form of documentation is to address the L10N requirements. For example, a video or CBT (Computer based training) media.

For German community Harald B. made some (more) Youtube videos [1]. This is some new kind of documentation.
Also the French channel. As there is no real place for the video team and not to create a new team the documentation team should take them under their wings.

Not me -- I wasn't aware we have a German channel! Does anyone have a URL, as I can't find it otherwise? So far I've been uploading German videos to our main channel on the request of the German community, adding "(Deutsch)" to the titles and setting the language as German in the video settings.

To tidy up a little the channel, I've created playlists :) There should be one per language and German is:
