collectd config needs to distinguish between distro-versions (differently named parameters "Node" vs "Carbon")

Description

collectd write plugin fails on debian 7 because that version still uses the label "Carbon" instead of "Node" and thus all reporting fails, and instead collectd spams the log about no write plugin working...

there are other slight differences, like not supporting Protocol and LogSendErrors options.
