Description
We are quite low on stickers, small/medium T-shirts and general flyers about LibreOffice. Making this a ticket as there are a few steps involved:
- Identifying exactly what we need (discuss on marketing lists)
- Working on designs for T-shirts and stickers -- use existing designs, or update them, or create new ones?
- Finding printers/manufacturers for the right price
As the LibreOffice Conference is around three months away, this needs to be taken into account as well

Sticker design attached, after feedback on marketing-priv@ and with some design folks. I've got marketing budget approval to order them, which I'll do in the next few days.

Stickers have arrived and look good. Florian: can you pay the invoice I forwarded by email, please? Let's not close this ticket just yet though, as I may need to order some more general-purpose (ie not LibOCon) T-shirts...

We need to update the design to reflect LibreOffice 6.0 announcement. Also, better quality t-shirt, polo and sweaters can be sourced in Italy through Fabio Fusili, a LibreItalia board member, which at the end have the same price as those sourced in Belgium with embroidery rather than simple print. We can have embroidery on polo and sweaters, and simple print on t-shirts.

Yes - Italo is sending a roll-up banner, new stickers have arrived, and I'm working with K-J on "Mach mit" flyers which I'll get printed this week.

100 new flyers for the German community ("Mach mit - get involved") have arrived. Will give some out at Augsburger Linux-Tag on Saturday, and then order more accordingly.

I ordered 2000 each of "Love LibreOffice" stickers and "Get involved" A5 flyers for FOSDEM. So we're doing well for merchandise at the moment, although I'll check the status after FOSDEM.
We do need some more DLP stickers, so I'll order those too...

We don't need anything right now, but will in the future. Not sure if it makes sense to leave this recurring ticket here though if the orders will be coordinated via the marketing mailing lists... So close if you prefer!
