Description

Steps:
1. Download bugzilla_dump.json from vm174.documentfoundation.org:/home/esc-mentoring/esc/dump/bugzilla_dump.json ( attached script can be used )
2. Run 'python3 qa-tools.py weekly' (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/contrib/dev-tools/tree/esc-reporting/qa-tools.py)
3. Send the output from /tmp/qa_report.txt to the mailing list ( , )

Following my previous message, let me express my opinion that it's be more convenient to have these reports monthly.
And to see graphs in it, maybe by week:
Open=Unconf.+Needinfo+New+Assigned
Closed=Duplicate+Fixed+WFM..

More convenient why? any reason in particular? Esc minutes are sent weekly, thus it makes sense, from my point of view, to have a weekly QA report as well.

OTOH, I don't think it's accurate to count unconfirmed and needinfo bugs as open bugs...
