Description

The current metrics lists number of tickets, in case of design with needsUXEval. To refine the analysis we should
  • time between keyword is set and the first comment is given
  • time between keyword is set and removed
    Another relevant information is the number of different people commenting a ticket. Those information could also be interesting for needsdeveval, for instance.

Any other idea is welcome too.

Ok, first try...

Attached file contains the following info in a year period:
1. The number of bugs where the keyword has been added
2. The diff time between adding the keyword and adding the first comment
3. The number of bugs where the keywords has been removed
4. The number of bugs where the keyword has been added and then removed
5. The diff time between adding and removing the time

Please, could you test that the numbers make sense?

Depends if Xisco wants to bring this type of stats into the dashboard.

Since the info requested was provided, let's close this. If the UX team wants to show this info in the dashboard, please create a new ticket. I don't know how to do it as per today though.
