This page still refers to LibreOffice 4.3.

The page is referred to in-product in this file, but bug 53904 requests to remove that reference. Is hosting the readme of any use whatsoever? If not, we should probably remove it from the website.

After this patch https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/85423/ readme.xrm points to the README.md at the root of LibO core via gitiles interface. Possibly www.libreoffice.org/welcome/readme.html could be redirected there as well.
