Description

I have two requests when the TSP will be deployed later this year:
- change the form in the refund process to the one attached here (TDF travel form)
- we do not need the administrative/accountant role, it would be great if it could be removed and mix this role with the TSP member role (if it's not possible, no problem)

Oops sorry, this fell off-screen but I'm back on it and you'll get the prod instance in the next few days :-) Changing the target to Q4 as you we're already there and IIRC you said you wanted it before New Year.
