Remove Google+ and identi.ca sharing buttons from questions

Description
identi.ca is dead since 2013. Google+ will die in August April 2019. We should save us some clutter and kilobytes.

While the G+ button is no longer present (presumably via server changes from the Google side), the Identi.ca button is still there.
