Steps to reproduce:
1/ go to http://www.libreoffice.org/community/developers/
2/ click on "Talk to developers"

Actual behaviour:
end up at libreoffice.org frontpage

Expected behaviour:
end up at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/ -- yes that duplicates the "Learn more about code ..." link -- but that shouldnt be an issue, still better than kicking people back to the front page.
