freedesktop's cgit might go away and even if not - html parsing is fragile, and the last updates of cgit always did introduce some new html markup that the bot didn't understand...

Switch to json api instead.

I also added GitHub-like convenience URLs https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/$COMMIT_ID. Please use these links in the channel, as they're shorter and more click-friendly. Should we change VCS browser at some point, they will also allow a less painful migration.

(The URLs have not been widely advertised yet so the format might still change, although the above format is probably not very controversial. Convenience URLs are also available for log, blame, compare, and tree views.)
