Eike did have a look at translation of formula related strings and found a couple of problems that are not already covered by pocheck

mainly pocheck only looks for duplicate translations, but not for invalid characters, and also doesn't check whether #identifiers keep the leading # in the translation as well.

done, checks for invalid formula and sql function names along with the checks from pocheck added to weblate.
What cannot be done with current check-system in weblate is to make sure that translation strings are unique (no way to clear/trigger a recheck when someone fixes a duplicate)
