Design

We discussed a different way to run the team meeting last year. The idea is to use the agile board of Redmine with the filters Assignee set to all of us (ideally we get a group item) and Target Version is not Recurring. I suggest to talk about tasks being in the status In Feedback, Progress and Resolved (in this priority) and move them to the appropriate column or close when done. Since we have quite a lot task in status New I wouldn't include those - it's up to everyone to set tasks as In Progress, while New means it has to be done later. Alternatively, we could also add New with the current quarter (Q4/2019) - that limits the number significantly and allows to prioritize not yet started things (25,11,2,1 for New, Progress, Resolved, Feedback currently).
