Description
We have to spend a certain amount of the income of the donations. We need to plan this, run tenders and execute.

this is/was completed, voted & filed & acknowledged for 2020
cf. ยง 5 of our Statutes:
"(3) In order to maintain value, revenue can be allocated for substance preservation or as an inflationary adjustment for free reserves or for foundation assets _ ** _ as permitted by tax law for annual returns."
We build an annual free reserve to the maximum possible, i.e. 10% of donations, plus some parts of interest and business entity.
