Program launch is related to the current lockdown, where social activities in universities (i.e. activities not related to lessons, exams and graduations) are frozen until the pandemics will be under control. So, postponing.

The pandemic situation has not changed, and universities are still holding all extra-curricular activities. Deadline moved to end of March, although the current outlook is for a suspension until the end of the academic year in June/July.
