I would choose to call it login which would be shorter and easier to understood.

you're not supposed to use that page to login, the actual login is just extensions.libreoffice.org/admin
I don't necessarily make a login link too prominent, since only a tiny fraction of users will need to login...

All extensions developers need to log in. Users should be able to load templates and extensions from the application without need to go to this page (still needed for safety relevant extensions such as macros).
But calling the help "login" is not helpful at all. And the first link is */admin.
