Description
In the overview page there is one star with an number nearby and in the detail view there are 5 start some are filled.
I would recommend to have only one layout and prefer the 5 stars where some are filled.

- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Target version changed from Q3/2020 to Q1/2021
so which one should it be then? the terse one will save some space and guess also offers accessibility-friendly value right away.

changed it to always show the rating as stars, not values
