There are two new User Interface languages for LibreOffice 7.0:
Brand-new UI translation into Central Kurdish / Soranî‎ / سۆرانی (ckb)
Brand-new UI translation into Friulian (fur)

The download packages for the localized UI exist [1],[2], but these two languages are simply still missing from the LibreOffice download website [3]. Please add these two languages to the list on the website.

FYI: feel free to assign those kind of bugs to me directly or poke on IRC/other means.
Inuktitut is not part of a build yet, translation for that did just start, so it expected to not be listed.
(the other entries were listed, although with "" (empty string display and hence invisible - but still worked to manually specify it in URL)
