Create/deploy users on pumbaa to enable them for TDF mail

Description
In order to give designated @documentfoundation.org mail address holders access to a TDF hosted mail account, apparently we need to create users on pumbaa.. please do so ;-)

Assigning to Alex. Alex, can you setup an 'erack' user on pumbaa, poke Eike to check if IMAP and SMTP are working, and then switch over his e-mail forwarder to the newly created local user when he's ready?

User is set up, will remove forwarder as soon as connection was successfull
