Why does Twitter's "LibreOffice tip of the day" change tweet time?
LibreOffice is a global project.
I think you need to tweet in UTC, not your localtime in daylight savings time.

今日の @libreoffice(Twitter) による "LibreOffice tip of the day" のツイート時間が変わりました。
ヨーロッパ時計の時刻が夏時間ではなくなったからですか？

なぜヨーロッパ時計の時刻でツイートするのですか。
夏時間の期間が違う地域もあります。
夏時間がない地域もあります。

確かにヨーロッパの貢献者は多くその方々向けなのでしょう。
しかしTDFはヨーロッパだけのプロダクトではないと思います。

このチケットもコメントもなく無視されました。
非常に残念でなりません。
