Description
Issue:
The current responsive design needs improvements for tablet displays.
The display should stack the sections (<div>'s) in the following way:
1- Logo
2- Guide name
3- Chapter Table of Contents
4- Display area
5- Donation
6- Book chapters Table of Contents
7- Search section
8- Navigation
9- Imprint
