Users might make a mistake when reviewing and rating an extension. They might also change their mind after a new version of the extension was released.
For example, I just posted a review and forgot to rate the extension, which means it now has a 0-star review instead of a 5-star review.

Currently, one could think that reviewing again will overwrite the previous review. Instead, you end up with two reviews by the same person.

It would be great to be able to edit our own ratings and reviews, with an extra "Edit review" button.
