Description
Since we don't have an own instance of SonarCube, we should make use of the (free for Open Source projects) SonarCloud (similiar to what we do with Coverity).
This needs signing in at SonarCloud https://www.sonarsource.com/products/sonarcloud/ with the tdf-gerrit Github user which is then used to report results back to Wollmux github repo.
So please follow the steps at https://docs.sonarcloud.io/getting-started/github/ to register SonarCloud for https://github.com/LibreOffice/WollMux and also for https://github.com/LibreOffice/UNOHelper
