I can see there is a permissions to publish extensions, before I enable that I have to verify that it is only for owned extensions and not any one.

From the "Extension Maintainer"/"Extension Publisher":

The 3 dots on the left of the pages of the extensions only show "edit" and
"archive" and the 3 dots on the bottom of the extension page only "archive" and
"unpublish"

(It's also reported that after archiving an extension, template here, it still is shown on the website. Probably unrelated though.)

The issues I find with my templates:

  • I deleted the logo of some, I have been notified, but it is still shown on the public page of the extension, may be it is a question of time an updating of the database, this worked for the others
  • I tried several times, but it seems impossible to modify the title and the description of the extension, so how to fix some typo? I mean you can make changes, but they are not shown on the website, this one for example https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/658 there is a typo that I fixed in the title but it doesn't appear on the published version(see the png)
  • this template I archived and deleted is still shown and can be downloaded https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/645

I pushed a changed to let members of publishers to self publish their extensions. I also used the admin interface to attach the permission to self-publish role.

Applicable from now publishers can now self publish their extensions.

Yes it works, we can publish them. But archived extensions are still online AND there is another bug. When one add an extension to a yet published extension, the extension appears to have been modified 14 hours ago, while on Silver Stripe the hour is correct.

In this case : I added files to be downloaded, since the extension (template in my case) already was on the website. I made it three times, it worked like that three times.

Related to "the extension appears to have been modified 14 hours ago, while on Silver Stripe the hour is correct"

I've fixed localizing the timezones in the templates.
