In the download LibreOffice page, when click Download button, a user in Vietnam will be served by a download server in Germany.
This will lead to a slow and unstable download connection.
Download speed rarely exceeds 20KB/s and drops constantly.

According to the mirror list, there are download servers available in Asia.
A user might prefer a server nears their physical location, for better speed.
A screenshot of the mirror list page is attached.

Currently the reliable ways to download LibreOffice in Vietnam are using bittorent, metalink, or expensive mobile broadband connection.
We should give download servers in the same country or continent higher priority.
