Description

In the description of the GitHub read-only core repo mirror, there is no link to our "Get Involved" page. I really think there should be one.
Currently it says "no PRs, go to Gerrit" with a link to Gerrit, but heading to Gerrit gives no clue as to how to get started with contributions. It's a bit of a dead end for people who were hoping to find out how to submit a patch (or contribute in other ways).
