Description

Hey JJ,

this might be a left over of the migration of the extension website.

Go to https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/vrt-network-equipment and click "download latest". it offers version 1.0.5. just by the version numbers by the uploaded version, I would expect to get 1.2.0.

The sort order appears to be scrambled. I see the extension version sorted from 1.0.4 to 1.2.0 on top in the admin interface. But anyway, "latest" does necessarily mean the highest version number. Shall we introduce a flag for the maintainer? And if so, what could be the default.

uhm, not? Does that make sense? Which version is then offered? The last uploaded version?

I guess this depends on the definition of what "latest" version is picked. E.g. if it is the latest uploaded version is meant, then we do not have any problem as this is a one time correction, or?

Hi

I have fixed the order manually, it seems the problem comes from importing the records

Just for the case, can this be a general problem?
See https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/german-de-de-1901-old-spelling-dictionaries this dictionary also provides the very first version and not the latest. :-(

So, we are talking about potential 906 extensions. @Guilhem Moulin can you do this by script? I try to join the next infra call, but cannot promise this. 🙄

@Christian Lohmaier (site author) or @Juan José González are the better qualified one here, I'm not familiar with the site's schema.
