This is a follow-up to https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/3689

Ideally, a forwarder would take to the language-specific site, or to the English one if it doesn't exist.
One problem is that the locations are not unified, eg.:
- English: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/impress-remote-2/
- German: https://de.libreoffice.org/download/impress-remote-for-android-and-ios/
- Spanish: https://es.libreoffice.org/descarga/impress-remote/

I have no idea how this could be done with minimal maintenance overhead, but perhaps someone has suggestions.
