Description
When looking in Meta bug in Bugzilla, there is `Show dependency` with options: tree, graph, to see tickets.
Every time I look that and choose tree I need to remove or change `hide_resolved=1`
I would prefer that default is to show all. Alternatively, suggestion is: add new option `full tree` with `hide_resolved=0`.
