Description
As The Document Foundation is a legally recognized foundation under German law, the age of majority is defined by the German Civil Code as 18 years, regardless of the applicant's country of residence.
Now, we have a checkbox with the label "I am of full age".
The tasks are:
1. change the checkbox label to "I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older."
2. add a help/tooltip text (displayed below or adjacent to the checkbox): "As The Document Foundation is established under German law, members must have reached the age of majority (18 years) as defined by German civil law (ยง 2 BGB)."
