Access2Base is an extension that is bundled with the LibreOffice main package.
It has a Help page that consist of one big html page (1.3MB + few images). All is included in the page.
This Help page is completed and has not been updated since long time.
It is interesting that a new URL be defined, such as access2base.libreoffice.org. Since the file is relatively small, it can land in the same server as help.liberoffice.org, as a suggestion.
But the decision is on infra team for the best approach

The file is located in gerrit in dev-tools/Access2Base/access2base.html

No problem with that, you can upload the page to help.libreoffice.org:/var/www/access2base.

File has been uploaded and web service settings done. All is good.
