Description

Please consolidate the subprojects of the project "Events" on RedMine, to prevent subproject flood:
  1. Rename "BH Session" to "Bug Hunting Sessions" to make it cover all BHS not one subproject for each instance.
  2. Rename "Toulouse Hackfest" to "Hackfests"
  3. Move existing (all closed) bugs from "Paris Hackfest" to "Hackfests"
  4. Delete now empty "Paris Hackfest" subproject

Optionally (should Sophie explicitly request that): add a "Category" like we have in the infrastructure project, should such a subdivision be needed,
