Description
I just got some feedback from a user on the Ask site:
PS: you should change your Captcha
vendor. google should too. i am vision impaired and constantly get it wrong.
it can go on for 10 straight minutes.
I'm not sure if there's an easy fix here or not.

We use Googles reCAPTCHA on ask.libreoffice.org. This service provides an Audio-CAPTCHA option that is suitable for vision impaired and even blind people.

Would be good to get their feedback where the exact problems are - did
he try the audio, might make adding a short notice about audio
availability sense?

Here's what the user had to say about CAPTCHA problems:

it is how one of the two words APPEARS. it is always the one that is the hardest to figure out. some CAPTCHA programs are much easier, but i forgot which websites i had seen them on--oops! one of them is when every time you log onto "imdb.com", where you first become a member.
i am vision impaired. i hate these screens. google uses the real hard to see ones too. i do not try to listen to the letters because that is jarbled audio. i guess deaf people have some kind of special equipment to hear them. i only use the visual.
i had cataract replacement. that makes your vision into 20/20 in each eye, usually, but somehow your vision is changed. for instance, i cannot see the difference between regular and high definition tv screens. so, i am not an expert, but the CAPTCHA program you are using is VERY hard for me to see.
thanks for your concern.
