[Wiki] Fix links in automatic Email

I have turned on the automatic email when somebody changes my talk page on the TDF wiki. The http links should be changed to https see links in the example mail:

Dear ,

The The Document Foundation Wiki page User talk:Dennisroczek has been
changed on 21 August 2014 by Adolfo Jayme Barrientos, see
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/User_talk:Dennisroczek for the
current revision.

I think the variable $wgServer in LocalSettings.php needs to be modified (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgServer ) .

Moreover we should think about changing the last link or removing the line completely (Feedback and further assistance:)

We have

$wgServer = "//wiki.documentfoundation.org";

which looks ok to me?

Hah, well then we have to add
$wgCanonicalServer = "https://wiki.documentfoundation.org";
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgCanonicalServer

(so mw tries to use the secure links as default...)
