Description

We might need to find BugZilla volunteer admins, depending on how many people we already have available for running our own instance
This is not about infra and administering the machine per se, but specifically about adminstering the BugZilla service

There are a number of people who will be involved in Bugzilla administration and moderation once it's migrated to TDF infrastructure.

Joel Madero, Rob Snelders, Cor Nouws, and Owen Genat have agreed to help admin the new install.

Right now there are a handful of LibreOffice folks with a certain level of admin rights on FDO Bugzilla, including (IIRC): Joel, Thorsten, and Cloph. I expect to keep those three as admins, and promote them to more powerful admins of the entire installation. It makes perfect sense for our Release Engineer (Cloph) to have full admin rights alongside people from QA such as Joel, Sophie, and me (Robinson Tryon).

Additional people have expressed interest in Bugzilla administration in the past, but I'll follow-up with them before listing their names here.

I think we have a solid team of volunteers/staff for administrating Bugzilla right now, but I'll continue to add names here as we accept additional volunteers.
Once the migration is complete, we'll move the list of admins to the wiki.

I strongly propose, given that you said you have actually two test installs running, to give all those volunteering access to the current database dump filled in the VM right now, so they can make themselves comfortable

I've introduced some of the volunteers to the test install; I'll invite more of them to test out the system, examine the tools, and provide feedback about configuration options and params.
