Make sure innodb_file_per_table is enabled in mysql (as piwik's tracking db is huge, and innodb never shrinks filesize (only reuses-no-longer-used-space))

Plone on the new VM won't start:

Poke Florian when switch will be done, as he has to change the FrODeV IPs then

With just a hand full of maintenance windows, one of them blocked for the Swiss backup setup, what's the plan to proceed?
Have you poked everyone involved and from whom help is needed (e.g. Andreas for the migration of the Plone sites)?

This is blocked by the migration #1835, so very improbable to happen in Q1.

What's the status of the box then? Running, with only SSH open, and all other services closed?
Then we should aim to have a final look during the next week(s), wipe and cancel the box afterwards

I let apache running for another couple of hours while the odfauthors.org zone has expired everywhere (TTL was 24h). Other services are either down or loopback only.
