bilbo, currently a dedicated root server, needs to be migrated to one or more individual VMs on our platform
It might make sense to split up rsync&MirrorBrain and mailing lists into two separate machines

to be able to offer full set of old downloads, disk-space for the webserver needs to be increased (or downloadarchive need to be split to separate instance) (bug#812)
