Bugzilla: Examine whine tables in FDO dump and notify users of the whine system that wine_schedules will be deleted during migration (for simplicity)

Description
Look through the whine tables and try to determine all of the users who have whine schedules set up that pertain to LibreOffice.
Email these users to tell them
1) They have a whine schedule set up on FDO (whether it currently works or not)
2) That we're deleting all whine_schedules during migration, as that's the simplest mechanism for us
3) That they can re-add the whine schedules themselves after migration

We should find out whether that's actually used, and if so, find out how to get those migrated to our new instance - Robinson to ask during ESC call
- Due date changed from 2014-12-04 to 2014-12-11
Was missed by accident, rescheduling for this ESC call
- Due date changed from 2014-12-11 to 2015-01-09

I think we're all set here. I've been running a test 'whine' for a couple of weeks, and it's worked as expected for me. Nobody in the ESC seemed particularly invested in the whining system, so I'll just leave the support in place as-is.
