Description
For our push mirrors, the timestamp is wrong, as pushing takes only place when a new release is due. This leads to erroneous warnings at http://download.documentfoundation.org/mirmon/
We either need to find a way to exclude these from the public Mirmon instance, or to push the timestamp file regularly (the latter makes less sense, IMHO)

Removing from Alex pile, ideal task for new volunteers to onboard
Problem is that pushing only occurs when a new release is due, and TIMESTAMP on mirrors thus doesn't get updated
